Optimizing Flash websites is a little tough because search engines find it difficult to crawl through flash pages. Although there are sites like Google and FAST, that promise to crawl through web pages, but still flash pages do not find ranking in search engines. Thus it is wise to use a mixture of Flash and HTML in your site. Use flash movies in HTML documents.
